# Little Ridge

> Little Ridge is a small UK business run by two people, Danny Brodie and Teresa Butler. We help other businesses make things work better: connecting the systems they already pay for, automating the repetitive bits, and building small tools that fill the gaps.

Based in Doncaster, working remotely with small and medium businesses across the UK. Little Ridge is a trading name of Little Ridge Services Limited (company number 13653762, VAT GB504545215).

## What we do

- Instant lead response: new enquiries called while the customer is still interested, with rules for who rings and what happens if nobody answers.
- Joining systems together: websites, forms, phone systems, CRMs and spreadsheets wired together with APIs and webhooks.
- Automating the boring bits: follow-ups, reminders, chasing, admin and reporting.
- CRM work people actually use: tidying and automating a CRM so the team stops working around it.
- Bookings, forms and portals: booking flows that don't double-book, forms that feel like a conversation, portals that answer the question first.
- Marketing that shows the work rather than talking about it.
