Danny and Teresa, Little Ridge

We make things work better.

Between us we've improved customer journeys so people actually finish them, taught marketing tools to talk to APIs, made reporting that gets read, prototyped ideas to see if they had legs, and turned "we just do that manually" into something that runs by itself at 3am.

Internal tools, onboarding, email and text messages, CRMs, a fair bit of AI where it genuinely helps, and now and then something that didn't exist before. Sometimes it starts with something broken. Just as often it starts with someone saying "wouldn't it be better if...".

There are two of us. That's the whole company.

No account managers, no handover to a junior, no deck about our process. You talk to the two people having the ideas and building the thing, which is faster and considerably less annoying.

Danny

Systems, integrations, the bits in between

Danny started out fixing email campaigns that nobody else wanted to touch, and somehow ended up wiring entire businesses together.

He's the one who asks the annoying question halfway through a meeting. The one where everyone goes quiet, looks at the spreadsheet, and realises it's been wrong since 2019.

Good at

  • Untangling data that lives in six places
  • APIs that were never meant to meet
  • Making automation behave when things go sideways

Favourite jobs

Anything where the current process involves a spreadsheet, three inboxes and someone called Dave who just knows.

Currently obsessed with

Watching AI agents do the admin nobody ever enjoyed doing.

Teresa

Journeys, CRM, making the whole thing make sense

Teresa has spent years inside CRMs that promised the world and delivered a contact list. She knows exactly where the bodies are buried.

Give her a messy customer journey and she'll redraw it on the back of an envelope in ten minutes. Then she'll build it, properly, and it'll still be running years later.

Good at

  • Customer journeys that don't leak
  • CRM builds people actually use
  • Reporting that answers the real question

Favourite jobs

The ones where a team says "it's fine, we just do it manually" and clearly means the opposite.

Currently obsessed with

Deleting steps. There's always one more step you can delete.

What we know

Tools we've actually built things with.

Not a logo wall. We've built with most of these, broken a few, and formed strong opinions along the way. Have a search.

Got a half-formed idea? Those are our favourite.

You don't need a brief, a budget or a tidy explanation. A problem works, so does a hunch. Most of our favourite work started with someone saying "this is probably a stupid question".
