How we work
We turn up with something already built.
Most people don't want a discovery workshop. They want to see what their week looks like with the thing in place. So we build it first, in your branding, and let you try it.
If it's right, we build it properly. Then we look after it, so it keeps working and keeps getting better. If it's not, you've lost nothing and we'll tell you straight.

Danny and Teresa. That's the whole company.
We're a small team too, so we know the week you're having. You talk to the two people who build the thing and look after it afterwards. Nobody gets passed around. We run Little Ridge on tools we built ourselves, which is how two people get through the work of a much bigger team.
Danny
Builds the systems that do the boring bits
Danny used to run on his own, so he knows exactly how much of a week disappears into chasing, copying and remembering. Now he builds the things that take it off people's plates.
He's built tools that ring new enquiries while they're still interested, chase quotes nobody followed up and move information between systems so nobody has to retype it.
