Things we've built

Recover lost enquiries before your competitors do.

Most people who start your form never finish it. They get interrupted, they hesitate at the awkward question, or the phone rings. You never find out, and a few hours later they're filling in someone else's.

Watch it happen

One abandoned enquiry, three ways it can go.

Same starting point every time: someone half-fills a form and disappears.

Someone starts a quote request at 4:52pm, gets as far as their email address, then the school run happens.

Before You'd never have known they existed. They'd have filled in someone else's form the next morning.

    How it actually works.

    One small snippet

It goes on the page with your form. No rebuild, no migration, no arguing with your web company for a fortnight.

Nothing stored until it means something

Field values are only kept once someone shows real intent, usually when they enter an email address. Before that, there's nothing to store and nothing to delete.

Your form tells us when it worked

A submission webhook marks the enquiry as finished. That's the difference between a lead you've already got and one you're about to lose.

    Silence gets acted on

No submission within your chosen window, whether that's 30 minutes, two hours or the next morning, and the enquiry is treated as abandoned.

What happens next is up to you.

One thing, all of them, or something different depending on how much the enquiry is worth.

Email them the way back in
    Send a short SMS reminder
    Tell a salesperson now
    Kick off a CRM workflow
Create the task in your sales software
Post it into Slack or Teams

Built privacy first, because it has to be.

This is a recovery and continuation service, not a marketing tool. It's designed so you can run it properly under GDPR and PECR, with the settings in your hands.

    Only what's needed

You choose the fields. Nothing else gets captured, and keystrokes never are.

    Intent before storage

No recoverable record exists until someone has given you something to reply to.

    Retention you set

Pick the window. Anything past it deletes itself, and there's an audit log showing it happened.

Said out loud on the form

Clear wording explaining that a part-finished enquiry may be saved so it can be picked up again.

    Your rules, your basis

You configure the legal basis, the messaging and the recovery rules. We give you the controls, not a set of assumptions.

    Encrypted both ways

In transit and at rest, with access logged.

    The boring bit underneath.

    1. 1A snippet listens for input, change and blur on the fields you've picked.
    2. 2Updates go to an API endpoint as they happen, batched so the page stays quick.
    3. 3A draft enquiry is stored against a session ID, then tied to the email address once there is one.
    4. 4Your submission webhook marks that draft completed.
    5. 5Scheduled jobs find the ones that never completed and start your recovery rules.

Where it pays for itself fastest.

Anywhere a single enquiry is worth real money and whoever replies first tends to win.

How many did you lose last month?

Nobody knows their own number until they look. Send us your form and we'll tell you what we'd expect to recover and what it'd be worth.
