Things we've built

Problems that used to keep someone up at night.

No case study theatre. Just what was broken, what we did about it, and whether it worked. Names left out because most clients would rather nobody knew how bad it got.

Enquiry handling

Every enquiry, ready to act on

The problem
Customers get in touch however they like. Half a story arrives, then it takes three phone calls, two emails and a week before anyone can quote it.
What we did
One front door with three ways in: type it, say it or chat it. It asks the sensible follow-up questions, collects the documents and photos, then hands over one complete, organised enquiry.

The routine collecting and chasing happens on its own. People come in when they can actually make a difference.

Small business support

Another pair of hands for small businesses

The problem
The enquiry you meant to reply to. The quote you meant to chase. The review you forgot to ask for. The old customer who'd have booked again.
What we did
Someone to pick up the bits you never get round to. Enquiries answered, questions handled, slots booked, quotes chased and old customers remembered, all in your words.

Nothing sits in an inbox overnight. You weren't looking for software, you were looking for help.

Phone calls

Calls that always get answered

The problem
The phone rings at ten to six, at half seven on a Wednesday, and twice while you're up a ladder. People don't leave voicemails, they ring the next name on the list.
What we did
A voice that picks up every time, sounds like it works there, asks the right questions, books the job and rings new enquiries back before they've closed the tab.

Nothing rings out, nothing gets forgotten, and the awkward calls still go to a person with the notes already written.

Onboarding and intake

Forms that don't feel like forms

The problem
A twelve-page form nobody finishes, half-answered by the ones who do, and not a single extra thing asked for while people were paying attention.
What we did
Short steps, questions that adapt to the answers, details filled in automatically, and a proper moment at the end to book the visit, add the extra or ask for the referral.

More people finish, the answers are actually usable, and every submission is a chance to sell something else.

Lost enquiries

Recover lost enquiries before your competitors do

The problem
Most people who start a form never finish it. The phone rings, the school run happens, and you never even knew they were there.
What we did
A small snippet saves the half-finished enquiry once someone shows real intent, spots when it's been abandoned, then nudges them back or puts it straight in front of a salesperson.

Enquiries you never knew you had, answered while people are still interested. Privacy first, not a marketing list.

API integration

Two systems that refused to speak

The problem
A booking platform and a finance system, both perfectly happy on their own, both pretending the other didn't exist. Someone re-typed everything twice a day.
What we did
A small, boring middle layer. It listens, translates, retries when things fail, and tells us when something looks odd rather than quietly swallowing it.

Around 14 hours a week of copy-and-paste gone. Nobody misses it.

CRM workflow

A CRM people stopped avoiding

The problem
The pipeline had 31 stages. Sales used four of them. Reporting was, generously, fiction.
What we did
We cut it back to what actually happens, automated the admin around it, and made the next action obvious on every record.

Adoption went from grudging to genuine. Forecasts finally matched reality.

Booking system

The calendar that stopped double-booking

The problem
Three calendars, two timezones, one very patient receptionist holding it all together.
What we did
One source of truth, live availability, automatic reminders by email and text, and a rebooking link for the inevitable change of plan.

No-shows dropped by about a third in the first two months.

Customer portal

A portal that answers the question before they ask

The problem
The same twelve emails asking for the same documents, then a phone call a fortnight later asking where things are up to.
What we did
One place customers log in: progress they can see, documents uploaded once, quotes approved, deposits paid and every message in one thread.

Chase-up emails quietly retired, and 'any update?' stopped being most of the inbox.
