Do customers really not need an app?
No. It's a web page. They scan, it opens, they're in. If they want it on their home screen they can add it, but nothing breaks if they don't.
What happens if the wifi drops?
Stamps queue up and sync when you're back online. Nobody stands at the counter watching a spinner.
Can we run it across a few sites?
Yes. One scheme, several shops, and you can set different rewards per site if that suits you.
What does it cost?
Nothing while it's in pilot. We'd rather find out what's missing than charge for something half finished.
