What it says

What to do

Nudge before it's late

Who it's for

For people and small businesses that receive paperwork they don't have time to sort properly.

The problem

Letters arrive, get opened, get put down, and get found three weeks later next to the bread bin. The important ones look exactly like the junk until you read them properly, and nobody reads them properly.

What it handles

The jobs it takes off you.

  • Working out what the letter is actually about
  • Pulling out dates, amounts and reference numbers
  • Telling you what needs doing, in one line
  • Reminding you before the deadline, not after
  • Keeping everything findable later

How it works

Four steps, none of them your problem.

01

Snap it

Photo, scan or forward. One letter or a fortnight's worth in one go.

02

It reads it

Who sent it, what it wants, how much and by when. In plain English, not the letter's language.

03

You get a list

Pay this, reply to that, ignore the rest. Sorted by what actually matters.

04

It nudges you

A reminder with enough notice to do something about it, then it stops bothering you once it's done.

What's in the box

  • ·Photo, scan or email forwarding
  • ·Plain English summaries
  • ·Dates, amounts and references pulled out
  • ·An action list, not an inbox
  • ·Deadline reminders
  • ·Searchable later, by anything
  • ·Junk spotted and set aside
  • ·Shared household or business view

Getting your hands on it

Not ready yet. Tell us what sort of post buries you and we'll let you know when there's something to try.

Is this just scanning?

No. Scanning gives you a picture of a letter you still have to read. This tells you what it says and what you need to do.

What happens to my letters?

They're yours. Stored encrypted, deletable whenever you like, and never used to sell you anything.

When can I use it?

We're building it now. Put your name down and we'll come to you when there's something worth trying.

Fancy a go with Sort My Post?

Tell us how you'd use it. If it fits, we'll get you set up. If it doesn't, we'll say so rather than take your money.

Built by Little Ridge

We spend most of our time building things for other people: enquiry handling, phone calls that get answered, portals that retire the chase-up email. Sort My Post started as one of those jobs and turned out to be everybody's.
