Process X-ray
Describe how your team does something in plain English. Get back a map of every step, and a shortlist of the ones worth deleting.

This started as an internal tool. When a new client describes their process, we usually end up drawing it on a whiteboard, and the drawing is always more useful than the description. So we made the drawing happen automatically.
You type or talk through the process the way you'd explain it to a new starter. It comes back as a map: every handoff, every wait, every place where the work stops moving because it's sitting in someone's inbox.
What it's good at so far
- -Spotting the steps that only exist because of a system limitation from 2018
- -Finding the two people everything routes through
- -Making it obvious where the delay actually is, rather than where everyone assumes
Still rough. It's confidently wrong about anything involving physical stock, and we haven't worked out why yet.
