The inbox that sorts itself
An agent that reads our shared inbox, works out what each message actually wants, and drafts the reply. We still press send. For now.

We built this for ourselves, which is the only reason it's honest. Nobody was going to be impressed by it, so it had to be useful.
It reads the shared inbox, decides what each message is actually asking for, and writes a draft. Roughly two thirds of the drafts go out with a small edit. The other third are wrong in interesting ways, usually when someone has replied to an old thread about something completely different.
The good bit isn't the drafting. It's that nothing sits unread for three days any more.
